Daily Greens! What is in my smoothie


I love to start my day with a green smoothie. It's a great way to get lots of vitamins and nutrients into your body at the start of the day. Also with breakfast (of granola) it keeps me full till lunch.

Here is what I put in mine

handful of Kale

one small Banana (or half of a large)

quarter of Cucumber

handful of Blueberries

Wheatgrass or Chia seeds

Water/ Coconut water

Blend and serve

it is totally up to you what you blend. Just make sure you have more leafy greens than you do fruit!
